We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Cheques should be made payable to Tapes For Industry Ltd, please allow 5-10 working days for cheques to clear. Please note that the price of the goods will be stated on our website when you place an order, in the unlikely event of a stipulated price being incorrect as a result of either error or omission, we will contact you and inform you of the correct price, giving you the option of either cancelling or continuing with your order at the correct price.

VAT
All prices quoted on our website show VAT at the standard UK rate of 17.5%. If you are ordering from outside of the UK please call us on +44 151 5484433.

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
Orders for items are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that an item or items are not in stock at the time you place your order, we will e-mail you with an approximate date of availability and if this is acceptable, despatch goods as soon as they return to stock. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates.

We aim to deliver goods to you within 1-3 working days but we cannot give an exact delivery date. We will notify you of any delays in despatch or delivery of orders. We may also deliver the goods in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for this.

Please note that we do not despatch goods on Saturdays, Sundays or Public holidays.

Upon delivery of goods please check carefully for signs of possible damage before you either attempt to use the goods or sign to say that you have received them in good condition. The process of you checking for damage before you sign for goods or attempt to use goods is very significant with regards to your personal safety and whether or not the carriers can be held liable for any damages to an item or items.

Please note that it is extremely difficult for us to claim that your goods were damaged in transit if you have previously signed to declare that you received your order in good condition. If you receive a parcel which is obviously damaged beyond all levels of acceptability please REFUSE delivery. Do not sign for the items, then contact us immediately on 0151 548 4433 stating a clear reason for refusal. We will then resolve the problem in the best and quickest means possible.

We highly value your security so we have therefore done our utmost to ensure that none of your personal information is at risk whilst you are visiting our site. We use Barclays EPDQ, which utilises 128 bit SSL encryption the same high standard as Internet banking to process cards on our website.
