How
can I get masking tape off my windows?
When
general purpose masking tape has been left on a surface for a period
of time, it can be difficult to remove and often leaves a residue
of adhesive. This can be removed easily by a product called "3M
Industrial Cleaner" which is available from our stock.
Special Low-tack Masking tapes are available to purchase which do
not leave any adhesive residue.

What is the shelf life of a roll of tape?
It
can vary from roll to roll, but in general terms it is okay
to use most general purpose tapes up to 12 months after purchase.
With such a fast turn around of stock, however, it is hardly
ever an issue for our customers.
Do
you deliver by your own transport and what do you charge?

deliver to the North-west of England by our own, mobile phone-equipped
vehicles .We deliver to the whole of the UK by a next day guaranteed
National Carrier. We DO NOT CHARGE for this service.
Special deliveries of non stock items, or same day deliveries
can be arranged at cost. |

Is it in stock?
We
stock a huge and varied range of items at our 10,000 sq ft purpose-built
warehouse here in Kirkby, most of which is delivered next day to our customer
base around the country. If it’s not in stock, we can generally get it within
days – sometimes less than 24 hours.
How
do I find the end of the roll of my clear tape?
With great difficulty! It happens to us all, and unless you turn the end
of the tape over on itself before you put the roll down, it’s a question
of who’s got the sharpest fingernails! The best solution is to use a dispenser
and we have a full range available from stock.
How
do I bond metal to plastic?
It can depend on a number
of important factors such as the condition of the surfaces to be bonded,
what kind of bond is required, and whether temperature is an issue. With
a full line-up of Acrylic foam tapes and Structural adhesives from all the
leading manufacturers in our product range, our technical sales team are
